Supporting Local Businesses Builds a Stronger Ward 3
You matter to Riverdale’s future. I’m here to make the path forward easier, clearer, and more secure for local business owners.
The Challenges We’re Facing
I know what it’s like to feel stuck. Small business owners in Ward 3 are under pressure. The rules are unclear. Permits take too long. Help is hard to find. I’ve talked to people who put off hiring or expanding because they don’t know what’s coming. That uncertainty makes it hard to grow.
It’s more than red tape. You are running the register, handling marketing, managing people, and doing it all while trying to stay open. I’ve been there. I know how heavy that feels. The worst part is when resources exist, but no one tells you where they are or how to use them. That needs to change.
What I Will Do to Help
I will fight to make things simple and fair. I want one clear point of contact at City Hall for small business owners. I will push to simplify forms, make permit timelines public, and remove the confusion that slows people down. You should not have to guess your way through city processes.
I also want to connect you with real tools. That means grant opportunities, financial help, and local partnerships that already exist but need better outreach. I will work with programs like the Georgia Small Business Development Center and the Riverdale Business Alliance to bring more support to Ward 3. When small businesses grow, Riverdale becomes stronger for everyone.
Let’s Build a Better Ward 3, Together
I can’t do this alone. Whether you volunteer, donate, or spread the word, your support makes a difference.
